The precision opposite electrodes spot welding head is mainly used in industries such as electronic components, automotive parts, medical instrument parts, lithium batteries, etc. It achieves precise welding of metal connecting pieces through the principle of resistance welding. The following are key information points:

Application

Welding of fine components such as silver connectors, wires to wires, copper wires and resistor pins of electronic switches to avoid damage to components due to high temperature or high current.

Welding automotive wiring harnesses, battery nickel sheets, etc

Spot welding of enameled wire, non-ferrous metal materials such as copper and aluminum, alloy materials, precision parts, and high-quality products.

Spot welding in the manufacturing of household appliances, sheet metal processing, microelectronics, and other fields.

 

Technical Features

The machine head is manufactured by using precision CNC equipment, and the frame is made of aluminum profiles for easy disassembly and assembly.

The linear bearing design inside the spot welding head ensures the accuracy and repeatability of welding.

The electrode pressure can be adjusted to adapt to different wire diameters and thicknesses, improving welding quality. 

Automated production line configuration, some models are equipped with conveying devices, servo motors, and modular clamping structures to achieve precise positioning and efficient production. 

The independent welding head is connected to welding power sources such as AC/DC energy storage transistors through welding cables, and can achieve single pulse, double pulse, and multi pulse welding, making the operation more personalized.

 

Welding wire diameter range: 0.02-1.50mm.

The thickness range of the welded metal sheet is 0.01mm-0.80mm.


Maintenance Recommendations

Regularly sand the welding head with fine sandpaper to remove the oxide layer and avoid empty welding or short circuit operations to extend the service life.
